Where does my customers' money go?
Straight to your own M-Pesa shortcode. We bill you our fee separately.
Which routers work?
MikroTik routers with RouterOS and API access. The wizard sets up new or reset routers.
My router has no public IP. Can I still use it?
Yes. The wizard gives you a short script that creates a secure tunnel to the panel.
What if I lose access while configuring?
Base setup arms a 10-minute rollback on the router. If the check fails, the router restores itself.
Do I need a Communications Authority licence?
Our platform is billing software. You are responsible for any licences your internet service needs. Check with the Communications Authority of Kenya.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with notice. You can export your data for 30 days afterwards.
